After 13 years in Australia and enriching my knowledge in access, Chris Bailey and myself, have joined forces to create Vallabh Bailey Consulting. Along with Chris’s 15 years of building surveying experience and my 18 years of architecture coupled with our combined 14 years of accessibility experience, Vallabh Bailey Consulting is officially born. Along this 13-year journey, there are key people/companies that I would like to thank for bringing me to this point. I started off as an innocent architect fresh off the boat from South Africa and landed my feet into the offices of Kennedy and Associates whom set my goal into learning about group homes and social housing. This drove my passion into learning more about access and aged care which set my boat to sail into the offices of Philip Chun whom I am grateful for Lindsay Perry’s guidance. The waters were rough when I had my second son which made me tread carefully and landed up in the warm, welcoming offices (more like a home) at Design Confidence, whom Luke Sheehy took me with open arms and insured my growth in the access world come to fruition. With another step forward and learning to pull the rungs, MBC under the management team of Heath McNab and Joel Lewis, enriched my knowledge further where I learnt a whole lot more about the BCA and more. My final destination was, McKenzie Group, where my knowledge in access was solidified. Over this time, I can’t thank my friends and family enough for supporting me along the way. My ship has now sailed, and a new journey has begun! Thank you Chris for being my business partner along this new journey.

Our doors are now open to assist you with removing those barriers and creating livable communities. We invest in people!
