Construction of a new six (6) storey mixed-use development, incorporating short stay accommodation and commercial premises.  Vallabh Bailey Consulting was involved in Access Consultancy Services for the design and development to assist with DA Lodgement.

The Liverpool Civic Place – Stage 2 project entails the construction of a new 27-storey build-to-rent residential accommodation. This development will be situated above a ground floor commercial offering and a basement carpark.

Vallabh Bailey Consulting played a crucial role in providing Access Consultancy Services during the design and development phase, aiding with DA Lodgement.

Currently, Vallabh Bailey Consulting has begun conducting access assessments to ensure compliance, streamline the project’s path to obtaining construction certification, and ultimately facilitate the finalization and occupation of the project.

This project consists of two distinct stages. In Stage 1, the focus is on the adaptive re-use of an existing warehouse building, transforming it into a Class 6 Supermarket. This involves stripping back the interior to the shell and conducting a full base-build and fitout process.

In Stage 2, a new three-story residential building will be constructed to provide boarding house-style accommodation with 112 sole-occupancy units.

Vallabh Bailey Consulting played a key role in providing Access Consultancy Services for the design and development of the project, assisting with the DA Lodgement.

They are currently conducting access assessments to facilitate the project’s path to obtaining construction certification and ultimately reaching project finalization and occupation.

The Narrabeen Retirement Village, also known as RSL ANZAC Village, is an expansive community that offers a wide range of over 700 homes for independent residents who wish to maintain an active lifestyle.

In order to enhance accessibility within the Cutler Village area, Vallabh Bailey Consulting played a crucial role by providing Access Consultancy Services.

Their services included overseeing internal alterations, ensuring project finalization and smooth occupation.

Additionally, performance-based assessments were conducted, and design advice was provided specifically in relation to the installation of a new lift.

This work aimed to improve the overall accessibility and convenience for the residents of Cutler Village at Narrabeen Retirement Village.

Vallabh Bailey Consulting played a significant role in the project by overseeing the refurbishment of the ground floor entry lobby and reception area, as well as upgrading the amenities.
