This project involved providing comprehensive Access Consultancy Services and overseeing the design development process from the initial concept phase to the finalisation of design documentation.

The project’s focus was on the adaptive re-use of a 12-storey commercial building, which underwent a complete stripping back to its shell. VBC successfully facilitated the transformation of the building into a Class 9b educational facility through a combination of base-build and fitout modifications, via both deemed-to-satisfy and performance-based approach.

The project included alterations and additions to the existing Harry Seidler building, accentuating an innovative approach to merging old and new architectural elements.
