Vallabh Bailey Consulting appointed as Accessibility Consultants for the new industrial warehouse project of MHA Industries in Marsden Park, NSW.
The development comprises the construction of a new 10,500 m2 industrial warehouse facility, incorporating 2 levels of ancillary office space and on-grade car parking.
Their role has been critical in providing Access Consultancy Services, supporting the design and development phase, and aiding with DA Lodgement.
Currently, VBC is conducting access assessments to ensure adherence to regulations, streamline the construction certification process, and facilitate the timely completion and occupation of the project.

TO INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE

Banksmeadow NSW - Client: Watch This SPACE Design
Vallabh Bailey Consulting was brought on board to provide access consultancy services for the planned alterations and additions to an existing industrial building at 2 Meadow Way, Banksmeadow NSW.
The project involved changing the building from two storeys to three storeys, as well as internal fitout works.
VBC played a key role in the design development process for Development Application (DA) lodgement, ensuring that accessibility considerations were integrated into the plans.

VBC offered comprehensive access consultancy services for the proposed project, ensuring that accessibility features are seamlessly integrated into the design.
PROPOSED THREE STOREY SELF-STORAGE FACILITY

Vallabh Bailey Consulting was engaged to assist Akura with their new self-storage facility. Tasked with conducting an audit of the partially finished fitout works, VBC ensured that accessibility was seamlessly integrated into the completed works and that regulatory compliance standards were met.
Our team conducted performance-based assessments and oversaw occupation inspections and sign-offs to facilitate a smooth transition for Akura into their new self-storage facility.
AUSTRAL BRICKS

Vallabh Bailey Consulting was tasked with providing a performance-based assessment for the new Gate House and the Office/Factory at Austral Bricks Plant 2.
The project included constructing a Gate House and undertaking alterations and additions to the existing factory and office facility.
VBC’s involvement extended to inspecting the completed works to facilitate the process of obtaining the Occupation Certificate for the development.
Our expertise ensured that the new constructions met regulatory requirements and accessibility standards.
