LIVABLE HOUSING
Reeshika Vallabh is a certified Livable Housing Australia (LHA) assessor (#20086), providing Silver, Gold and Platinum Level Livable Housing development. Vallabh Bailey Consulting offers certification at both the design stage and on completion of construction.
ADAPTABLE HOUSING
Vallabh Bailey Consulting have the skills to assess your residential developments against Adaptable Housing design requirements, to assist people of all ages and abilities to age in place in a cost-effective way, whilst meeting obligations under Council Development Control Plans (DCP) and AS4299-Adaptable Housing
