This project involves the refurbishment of a commercial building to meet modern office standards, with 25 levels of office accommodation and various parking levels.

One of the key features is the addition of a new ground floor lobby extending to Pitt Street, which includes a vibrant café and communal amenity spaces to encourage connectivity and collaboration.

Vallabh Bailey Consulting (VBC) has been engaged to provide comprehensive Access Consultancy Services and oversee the design development process, starting from the initial concept phase to the finalization of design documentation.

Vallabh Bailey Consulting collaborated with M Moser on the internal office fitout project for JC Decaux, a global leader in outdoor advertising.

The objective was to establish an inclusive, forward-thinking, and innovative workspace to promote engagement and collaboration.

The redesigned workplace features a range of flexible settings, such as enclosed meeting rooms, acoustic booths, quiet focus areas, and ergonomic workstations with sit-to-stand functionality.

VBC worked with M Moser to assess and enhance accessibility throughout the office environment, from the project brief to design and implementation stages.

By understanding the current operational challenges, analysing business requirements, and envisioning the future, VBC assisted in developing an efficient, dynamic, and inclusive work environment at JC Decaux’s Sydney head office.

Vallabh Bailey Consulting was engaged to assist Ebay with their Sydney office fitout. Tasked with conducting an audit of the partially finished fitout works, we ensured that accessibility was seamlessly integrated into the completed works and that regulatory compliance standards were met.

Our team conducted performance-based assessments and oversaw occupation inspections and sign-offs to facilitate a smooth transition for Ebay into their new office space.

The Narrabeen Retirement Village, also known as RSL ANZAC Village, is an expansive community that offers a wide range of over 700 homes for independent residents who wish to maintain an active lifestyle.

In order to enhance accessibility within the Cutler Village area, Vallabh Bailey Consulting played a crucial role by providing Access Consultancy Services.

Their services included overseeing internal alterations, ensuring project finalization and smooth occupation.

Additionally, performance-based assessments were conducted, and design advice was provided specifically in relation to the installation of a new lift.

This work aimed to improve the overall accessibility and convenience for the residents of Cutler Village at Narrabeen Retirement Village.
